Only PayPal or credit cards are accepted. To use your credit card and not your PayPal account, choose the PayPal option and look for further instructions on the next page.
If the payment is not made in 24 hours from the purchase without any notice, the order will be canceled. Please let us know within 24 hours from the purchase if you have any trouble finishing the transaction.
California residents will be charged 9.75% tax on the total amount (excluding the shipping charge).
Your order will ship to the address you provided in paypal payment, but it will be checked with etsy address. If the two addresses are different, we may contact you to verify the correct address in order to give you the fastest and better delivery. Most USA orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, and most international orders are shipped within a week after the payment is cleared. Made-to-order items are usually ready to ship within 2 to 5 business days. For custom orders, a time frame will be provided in advance.
Various shipping methods are provided for your convenience. Delivery confirmation within the US is included for first mail orders. Insurance may be also provided for specific items. Free Insurance is provided for USA orders more than $100 (before shipping or CA sales tax) when ordered with first mail. For Int'l orders more than $150 (before the shipping), the package will be sent via Registered Mail with a Tracking Number with no extra charge when ordered with first mail. For any orders more than $250 (before the shipping or CA sales tax), Signature Confirmation will also be included at no extra charge.

All orders are safely wrapped and shipped in a padded envelope. Also most items in DistinQue shop are delivered in gift boxes.
If your purchase is a gift, a memo with your message may also be included upon request. Use the "message to seller" box when ordering for this request, or contact us via e-mail for any question or request regarding your gift item.
Please be responsible to check if your package is arrived in reasonable time. If a USA mail doesn't get delivered in 2 weeks (4 weeks for international mails) from the paypal postage notice date, please contact us. We'll check the delivery confirmation (only if USA mail) and either resend the package or refund the payment. If you don't receive your package but don't contact us in given time, no rearrangement will be made.
For cancellation of order(s), please send a cancellation notice to "
" within 1 week of the order date to be eligible. If the package has not been shipped out, the full amount of payment will be refunded back to your account.
If the package you ordered has already been sent to you, please wait to receive it and return the unopened item(s) in its original packaging within 2 weeks of the postmarked date on the package. After the unopened package has been returned, the full amount, excluding the shipping fee, will be credited back to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE :
We'll gladly accept Returns and Exchanges. Our packages are sent out after careful inspection, but if the item is damaged in mail, please contact us right away via e-mail, so we can send you the confirmation of the return You can mail back the whole original package to us according to the instruction. We'll inspect the package and credit the return shipping fee and send you another item. For this exchange, USA orders to contact us are accepted in 2 weeks from the purchase and international mails are allowed in 4 weeks from the purchase.
To be eligible to Return unwanted item(s), please send us a return notice within 2 weeks of the order date and return the item in its original package within 2 weeks of the notice date. After we receive the unused item in its original undamaged package, we'll refund the full amount, excluding the shipping fee, to the credit card that was used for the original order.
To Exchange items, please send us the exchange notice within 2 weeks of the order date and return the item(s) in its original package back to us within 2 weeks of the notification. After we receive the item in its original package, we'll send you the new item right back. The new item has to be either same or greater value (available with the additional payment) than the returned item. Please note that DistinQue will pay for the shipping of the new item re-sent to the customer, but the customer is responsible for the shipping of the originally returned package.
If you need any modification on the item you're purchasing, please contact us before your order. We'll let you know if the item can be made in the way you like it to be. Most pieces may be resized free of cost (the customer pays return shipping) or at the cost of any added materials.
Exchange or Return claims made more than 1 month after the purchase will not be accepted.
Some special items, such as clearance sale merchandise, may not be returned or exchanged, and it will be noted so in the sale article in the homepage.
